• Highly accomplished Software Quality Assurance Analyst with over 4 years of experience in the IT Industry and a background that includes: • Proven track record in Test Planning, Test strategies, Test case management, Test matrix, Defect/Issue Management, and Release Management. • Keen in-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (Agile, V- Model) as well as Software Testing life Cycle (STLC). • Strong experience in types of testing such as Positive testing, Negative testing, Integration Testing, Functional Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Performance Testing(Load Runner, Jmeter) • Mobile Testing Experience including mobile web App and mobile native App testing for Android and iOS mobile device. • Proficient in various Defect tracking tools like Quality Center, Bugzilla, JIRA • Experience with various domains like Banking, and Finance Industry, and Public Infrastructure. • Experience includes the testing of Client/Server and WEB based applications using automated testing tools like, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Junit, Maven, Quick Test Professional (QTP), SOAP/REST web services testing. • Develop Automation Testing Framework based on Page Object Model. • Prepared the different test scenarios and test case matrix including Use Cases based on Functional Requirement Documents. • Expertise in management reporting using the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Daily/Weekly Status Reports, Defect Reports and Project Reports • Interacting with Analysts and Developers for the Defect Fixes and Problem resolution. • Experience in writing SQL queries (using DDL and DML commands) using Joins (inner and outer) and sub-queries. • Ability to work w
