• Over 12 years of progressive experience in Manual, Automated Testing, Mobile Testing and Customer support • Participated in BRD and FRD reviews to understand the requirements for Clarify upgrade • Studied the SRS, BRS, and the Uses Cases in detail and Created Test Plan, Test Case depending on those requirements from SRS, BRS and Used Cases • Identified the key test requirements with respect to the functionality and performance of the application • Analyzed the system requirements and developed detailed test plans and test cases and provided the documentation • Actively participating in project, client request and enhancement requests review with the clients • Sound knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and Test Processes • Familiar with Agile and/or Scrum, Waterfall and V-Model Methodologies in SDLC • Contributed towards writing test strategy analyzing the requirements and tracing with the test plan • Documenting the all test efforts, Critical defects, Lessons learned Scope changes etc • Written positive and negative test cases for all the requirements in scope • Worked on Automation Testing using the HP Quality Center and Quick Test Pro • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies including Develop, Execute, and maintain Test plans, Test suites, Test final result documents and bug reports. • Extensive experience in client server and web based application testing including manual and automated software testing techniques, System Testing, Functionality Testing, Stress Testing, Compatibility, BVA, ECP, Usability, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, GUI Testing, and Black box Testing • Evaluate test results and maintain an issue tracking database to provide feedback to the development team. • Excellent Problem solving skills, communication skills, trouble shooter, strong drive to exceed customer expectations.Skills:
