I have been with the call center industry for over 8 years. Most of which were with customer services. I have basic knowledge with MS Word, excel and power point. skills that I was able to develop would be Listening, Confidence, Empathy,Open-mindedness Problem analysis – Problem solving , Adaptability, Ability to work under pressure , analytical, product reliability, troubleshooting, basic networking I am looking for a job that best suites my education and background, expand my knowledge further opportunities for personal and professional growth. and to be given the Chance to prove myself.
