I have extensive experience in process mapping, analysis, improvement and interfacing as well as QHSE system establishment and management. I have led several six sigma projects in Oil & Gas using DMAIC/Lean/Kaizen to identify root causes, establish and test improvements and measure resulting in reduction in waste and thereby lowering costs. I am a lead auditor and trained trainer. I have writing business cases to enable process improvements and QMS establishment to be undertaken and embedded in small, medium and large organizations.
