CAD Design ,Good Auto-CAD proficiency,Two-year degree in drafting design, construction management or construction related field or equivalent preferred. General computer literacy with good Microsoft Office abilities. Must have effective communication skills. Requires solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Must be a team player. Knowledgeable in the most up-to-date release of AutoCAD. Ability to represent concepts and ideas on paper utilizing industry standard drafting techniques.
