I've been a Data Encoder on Scorp/Exela for 3 years i had been dealing with not just hard to read but also critical handwritten claims, then encode them with precise and quality for our clients. SME/L2 for about 4 months, I've been appointed as SME to study and search Guidelines for different kind of process, I also now handle the other Data Encoders Keying Qualities. -as of lately I've been managing Team Leader and QA tasks such as mails, internal quality, and handling operators like Team Huddle (Daily tasks and goals, Current project load, updates on keying process and etc. ) since both TL and QA are planning to resign.
