I have almost 2 years’ experience of being quality assurance specialist and I am a Customer Service Representative for more than 5 years in a BPO industry. I am self-motivated with a strong work ethic that value integrity. I have worked for several companies as a Customer Service Representative and then promoted as a QA Specialist. When I was Customer Service Representative, I made sure that I resolve their concern and provide the best customer service experience to my customers. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, I listened to calls of my agents to check if their providing correct information and resolution to their issue and provide feedback. I also attend call calibration with my colleagues. I have basic knowledge with MS Office, Google documents and sheets but always willing to learn new tools that is needed with work.
