Assist other technician teams to make the work standard during installation onsite. Inspections of Job orders outside the office (onsite inspection Monday, Wednesday, Friday) .

Reporting of every single inspections by putting in Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation and sending to other Quality Assurance representative to determined that is finished. I conduct an investigation with customers if the technician forcibly asks for money or any other service that is not required by the company.

I answer customers' calls and texts if there is a problem with the internet connection. And I handle repairs and customer complaints on how to fix it.

I set up a meeting with the techs to remind them of the company's rules and regulations and to improve their work outside.

My other work when I'm not inspecting in NCR, I help admins in reporting, assisting technicians, locating naps (latlong), change nap assigned. and other work covered by my department.

We also have MSA sales that we would hire agents to sell internet plans. And it is encoded in the portal and filtered by us admins before entering it in the portal and having a reference number just to be ready for installation process.
