A devise and assist management on Quality matters, to ensure implementation of Quality management system and all client requirements, Manage Quality Statistic reporting by providing a daily summary report of field Quality issues and activities. ? Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan. ? Emblements QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non- compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and QOR. ? Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations. ? Develop MS,PQP ,NCRs QORs closing and ITPs including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Checklist based on specifications of the project. ? Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site in charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of NCR/QOR ? Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submitting to Consultant. Jan. 2018 - Jun. 2018 ? Facilitate internal auditing and external auditing as per divisional audit schedule and ensure tracking and close of remedial action. ? Coordinate inspections of project and facility operations and carry out management "walk through' weekly & monthly with site management.
