• Having 10+ years of experience in delivering projects with key responsibilities including Quality Assurance & Control, Test Management, Service Delivery, Client Relationship Management, Project Execution and People Management. • Experience in testing Android, Windows and IOS based applications on live devices and on emulators. • 2+ years of experience in quality implementation of Customer Success Platforms including Salesforce Sales, Service. • Experience in User Acceptance / Software Testing Life cycle (STLC) starting from creating test plans, test cases to performing different types of testing, test execution (validation from prediction to actual results) / validation, defect tracking, implementation plans and production support • Good experience in Project Management activities like Project Metrics Reports, Internal Quality Audits/PMRs • Well versed with all phases of SDLC and Software engineering concepts. • Strong in Analyzing Business specifications and developing Test Plans, Test Scripts and Test Cases and executing them keeping in focus Verification and Validation Criterion. • Well Versed with Defect Manager Role including Defect tracking, reporting and coordination with various groups from initial finding of defects to final resolution. • Successfully developed, maintained & implemented ISO 17025: 2005 Lab Quality management System and ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System.
