o Drafting the process manual ,procedure as per the guideline for ISO/IEC 17021:2011,ISO/IEC 22003:2011, IAF MD 9:2011, ISO/IEC 27006. o Scheduling the quarterly Internal Audit at head office and regional office’s. o Management review meeting o Competence Analysis for all the auditors as per standard o Review of Appeal and Complaints. o Planning and Coordination for New Schemes/ Plans/ Accreditations. o Providing the internal audit and documentation preparation related training for ISO 9001,ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001:2007,QMS-MD ISO 13485, ISO 22001 & 27001. o Imparting training for QMS, EMS, OHSAS& ISMS. o Using Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma and Lean tools for Root Cause Analysis, Quantitative process Management, improvement and optimization. o Realizing process improvements applying six sigma tools & techniques in different business processes to enhance productivity & profitability. o Defining framework for business improvement initiatives by Six Sigma DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control ). o Approaching DMAIC to identify Business performance/ Process improvement opportunities; imparting training to corporate clients on six sigma methodologies and application of Six Sigma tools.
