I keep my clients up to date on progress with video drafts, and I'm always willing to listen to - and implement - feedback and suggestions for revisions. I provide my clients with updates and drafts through Google Drive so they can see the progress of their project in a secure and confidential manner. Unless I'm instructed otherwise, I keep my clients' videos and project files backed up for years in a secure, confidential, and offline system.
