Checking, certifying of Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Landscape & Hardscape works Contractor Running bills. ? Prepare and Update Non Tender item of work Cost analysis. ? Preparing Customer Modification work (IOC) credit & Debit cost analysis. ? Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring of Project ? Preparation of Construction Schedule, Cash Flow for Project ? Preparing Client Bills and Sub-Contractor’s Bill in time ? Preparing BBS and Tracking the same to minimize the Wastage ? Coordination with the Client & Consultant regarding the Issue of GFC Drawing ? Preparation of Site Establishment Plan, Resource Procurement Schedule ? Contacting Vendors, Sub Contractors and Collecting the Quotations from Party & Making Comparative Statement, Negotiations and Finalizing the same. ? Estimating the requirement of Labour, Material Resources & Placing the Indent for Materials, Plants & Machineries to H.O. and Procurement of the same ? Arranging Meetings with Senior Engineering, Site Engineering, Sub-Contractors, for Progress Reviews & Resolved all technical & practical challenges during execution ? Coordinating with Client, Structural Consultant & Architect regarding the Availability & Discrepancies in GFC Drawings. ? Preparation of Monthly Cash Flow for Project & Monitoring Site Progress to achieve desired result. ? Preparing Sub Contractor Bills. ? Tracking Project Schedule and Finding out the Hindrance and Solutions for the same for continuity of work ? Manage the time schedule & avoid slippages in schedule if any. ? Day to day involvement in site activities during execution & assure proper drawings & quality of works are followed & also assuring the minimum wastage of materials ? Preparing reconciliation statements and MIS Reports
