Quantity surveying experience in Pre cast Residential Projects. ? Preparing and submitting Variation order for Non Tendered Items. ? Client Bill Tracking against Bill submitted, Certified Bill Amounts, Payments Received, and Balance Payments etc. ? Preparation of Budgets, Preliminary cost estimates and cost plans at various stages of Projects. ? Preparing MIS reports, Cash flow and Reconciliation Statement for all construction materials. ? Responsible for reading of GFC/Tender drawings and technical specifications. ? AutoCAD & Revit structure highly desirable for QS and Land Surveying Purpose.
