1. Provide tender estimate and detailed quantity take off for BOQ by analyzing of drawing and specification. 2. Valuation/analyzing the monthly work done payment certificate and final settlement for sub-contractors. 3. Provide cost-profit analysis and undertake cost value engineering to advice on alternative ways or materials for cost reduction purposes. 4. Preparation of baseline program for new projects with all associated details such as activities, WBS, resources & roles assignment, cash flow, S-Curve and resource histogram etc. 5. Update and record baseline program as per actual site work progress. 6. Provide floor plan and shop drawing as per client requirement with all associate details & sections.
