Quantity Surveyor

I am a Quantity Surveyor with 20 years experience within the industry. I can offer full Quantity Surveying services including cost planning, bills of quantities, estimating, takeoff and pricing. I have experience with SMM7, NRM2 and POMI methods of measurement along with NRM1 cost plans. My takeoff's are done on CAD Measure and direct from the drawings on screen, I can also provide marked up PDF's of the drawings from the CAD Measure software. This is very efficient and lets the client see what has been measured. I have worked on a range of projects including housing developments, commercial, retail, industrial units, schools, health service, hotels and warehousing. Previous projects range from small extensions to multi-million pound new builds. I have also worked within the insurance industry and can assist in preparing and submitting claims.
