Knowledge & Skills: > Bookkeeping support , accounts payable, accounts receivable, closing books on a monthly basis and preparing financial statement and analysis for small businesses. >Processing/posting of daily bookwork received. >Manage invoices, cash flow, accounts receivable and accounts payable >Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process Verify transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger Bring the books to the trial balance stage Perform partial checks of the posting process Enter data, maintain records, and expense reports and financial statements >Accounting experience using QuickBooks for/in a professional organization. >Proactive, with good problem solving skills >SAP FI,CO & MM experience and also certified SAP MM. >Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
