I am a daily user of Quickbooks for over 20 years. My experience extends to the following types of businesses: - Cattle farms I can do Payroll (including child support and garnishments) as well as forensic accounting and cleanup. I am very knowledgeable with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, customer statements, P&L, inventory, etc. I can assist with setting your company up and linking proper tax lines to make your books a CPA's dream. Quickbooks online also has a great feature that allows me to work within your file while you set custom permissions to protect your most private information. In addition to Quickbooks, I am very knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and work well with data and spreadsheets. My professional career, prior to freelancing so that I can be much more of a hands on mom, was with BB&T as a Branch Banker. My background has been vetted for security and with lending, credit was checked to receive a MLS number. I can provide potential clients with contact information for references. I'm very transparent and protective over financial data, yours, mine or otherwise and take measures to protect privacy and information. I am on Eastern Time and work my schedule around my clients' (except for my kids' ballgames, I wouldn't miss these for anything). I am available to clients by video messaging, text, and phone. I maintain a separate office in my home that is completely off limits to guests (and children) to ensure privacy. I am a night owl and you'll find I'm up well into the night, which is when I really like to work.
