Hi! My name is Shahzaib Iqbal, I am currently enrolled in a Chartered Accountancy Program and have been working part-time for a number of years now to support my education. I have ample knowledge and expertise in Bookkeeping and Accounting on forums such as Quickbooks and Xero. Below are the tasks I am handling

 1) Setting up books of accounts from scratch by creating the chart of accounts based on the type of business. 2) Updating backlog of accounting records. Documenting the bookkeeping process & create SOP for defined policies & procedures established for accounting 

3) Ongoing monthly maintenance of their books which includes 

      a) Creating invoices & follow up on non-payment within the due date

      b) Creating bills and making timely vendor payment 

      c) Calculating Sales Commission 

      d) Updating & Reconciling Bank and Credit Cards. 

4) Preparation of customized reports including month-end financial reports. 

5) Processing payroll 

6) Preparing sales tax reports including calculation.
