- Quickbooks Accounting Software proficient. With Experience and knowledge about (Qb PRO, QB Premier, QB Enterprise,and third party tool: Transaction Pro Importer) - Inventory (Cogs handling and monitoring) - Purchasing (also include payables management) - Scheduling of personnel -- Oversees the successful setup, implementation, and utilization of systems and related processes, software and equipment within the Company, including the interaction of the Company’s personnel with the systems. - Supervising and Coordinating personnel in the Company’s corporate office (including but not limited to the Accounting department, Systems & Operations department, Purchasing Department) in the consolidation of data and application of this information into the specific systems within the Company in support of various business processes, attending and reporting to accounting and operations meetings, and troubleshooting • Spearheads the analysis of System generated reports, making strategic decision and recommendations based on this data with the aid of the Company’s upper management team that will benefit and improve the Company
