R Programmer

I have been programming in R almost everyday for just under 3 years now. My daytime job is for a very large insurance company and we are trained to use R in all of our statistical analysis. I've dealt with data frames with over a million rows and written programs to perform analysis. I work alongside a team of 9 others that all use R, and we constantly challenge each other to learn new packages and improve our code efficiency. Collectively we have written two R packages that are used internally. I have a passion for programming and in my opinion R is the best language to use for statistical analysis due to I have a lot of experience in a consulting role, and I think you would find that I am great to work with. I bring high quality results and constantly communicate with my clients. I would love to have an opportunity to show you what I can do for this project, and hopefully more in the future.
