Mr. Thielmann has over 10 years experience in debt and equity financing, corporate finance, quantitative marketing, and sales management. Mr. Thielmann began his career at Air Products & Chemicals where he developed and restructured financial information systems, provided accounting and financial analysis and was responsible for managing a tri-state region which he grew above the company’s hurdle rate. Mr. Thielmann then joined Spherion Corporation as the principal pricing analyst for the $1.6 billion staffing services division. In this role he standardized and supported the pricing process for the retail and national account sales organizations. Mr. Thielmann received the company’s Annual Achievement Award for business and customer development.
