Rate Analysis and Bill of Quantity

I will be providing Rate Analysis of buildings.for (Indian Construction Industry)

I will be providing detail Bill of Quantity Sheet as per CPWD specification (Extra Charges will apply)


All Materials rates will be calculated as per prevailing market survey and State Schedules rates (SOR) 

All Labour rates will be consider as per District Schedule rates (DSR)

Mode of measurement for calculation will be according to Indian Currency (INR)  

CPWD (Central Public Work Department) Norms and Specification will be taken into consideration.

Costing and Budgeting Estimation helps the Client/Contractor for Tendering and Execution of work.

It helps Financial risk and cash flow management in better way for execution of any project.

It helps to estimate budget and control wastages. 


DETAILS REQUIREMENT FROM CLIENTS 

  1. Details Bill of Quantity Sheet as per CPWD specification (Excel Sheet)
  2. Location for which states rates to be consider.

 

Services for Client.

  • Excel File.(Rate Calculation and Abstract Sheet ).
  • Example Work Sample - work sample


Duration of completion - 1 to 3 days mostly and also depend on size of project it may also complete early.

payments terms - It may vary depends on nature and size of project.
