I can make a Decent Dynamic React App as described in the requirements provided. I have taken a course on ReactJS and developed several web apps. Though I'm a beginner, I still have lots of confidence in my abilities in creating user friendly and efficient Apps.
I won't be able to take any very high level projects but I can manage most low to intermediate level projects for sure.
