Working with Xun has been a breath of fresh air - Xun took on a part of an existing laravel project in order to further develop some features, and in the process before an agreement was even signed spent the best course of a few days trying to understand the requirements before agreeing to take on the work. Just this fact alone gave me confidence in going with him, and this confidence was repaid many times over through the course of the development.
Xun doesn't code first and ask questions later, rather he tries to understand the brief to the fullest extent and then commit to work and undertakes it professionally and to the highest standard.
I cannot commend his professionalism and work ethic enough - I have been hiring freelancers for nearly a decade now and Xun stands out from the majority of them. There are no excuses, no late submissions and he just gets on with it. Furthermore, communication is extremely easy - this is mainly due to the fact that Xun doesn't need a list of microinstructions before commencing the work, rather he uses initiative which is made possible because he takes the time to really understand the work before committing to it.
I thoroughly endorse Xun and wish him the greatest of luck with any future projects. I will certainly be contacting him first for any further work.
