As an acquisitions manager , I was helping my clients to lock the deals by negotiating with the seller . I initiate with following up the leads nurtured by cold calling, gather more information as required. Then , in order to calculate the precise ARV, I will run comparisons (those closer to the subjective property and are recently sold). I'll then compute the MAO using the Investor rule, follow up with an offer to the lead and engage in negotiation. Strong negotiation skill is my plus point in handling acquisitions.
