Wayne A. Nygard is a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), a HypZert Real Estate Valuer for Mortgage Lending Valuation (CIS HypZert MLV) and a TEGoVA Recognised European Valuer (REV). He currently serves as a Member of the Steering Committee of HypZert GmbH - a Berlin-based organization. As a member of the Appraisal Institute he served on the International Relations Committee and for several years was the AI Chief Representative to Germany. NeuBridge LLC, founded in 2006 by Wayne A. Nygard is a network of respected professionals, supporting financing and acquisition decisions throughout the U.S. and Mexico. Assignments have ranged from resort hotels in Hawaii to trophy office buildings in Manhattan - from new condo construction in Seattle to nationwide portfolios of hotels, industrials and multifamily properties. Prior to founding NeuBridge, he served as Executive Vice President of a national due diligence firm, designing and supervising national assignments that included valuation, engineering and environmental analyses. As the Chief Appraiser of The Bank of New York his department was integral to the bank's real estate risk management. Mr. Nygard is an Associate Adjunct Professor for New York University and has lectured for The Real Estate Board of New York, The New York Society of CPAs, and other professional organizations. He is the author of "Probability-Based DCF: An Alternative to Point-Value Estimates" which appeared in The Appraisal Journal, "Towards an Efficient CMBS Market" in The Real Estate Finance Review and "The U.S. Real Estate Markets - 2005 Trends" in Immobilien Manager (Germany). In cooperation with HypZert, the German/English "Immobilienbewertung in den USA (Real Estate Valuation in the USA)" was published.
