I have worked with Real Estate Agents/Brokers, Investors and Property Managers in Australia, United Kingdom, and the USA - (particularly in New York, New Jersey, Hawaii, Arizona, and California.) My duties include but not limited to - transaction/escrow coordination, property management (liaising with tenants and vendors, vetting tenant applications, issuing important notices to tenants and landlords - notice to vacate, notice to sell, etc.), property search, property listing on MLS and/or classified ad sites, database management, appointment setting, online marketing, email and social media management.
