I work in corporate banking as an underwriter, with experience in CRE middle market, institutional and REIT relationships. Specifically, I have worked on financing construction, acquisition and refinancing of multi-family, industrial (including build to suit), retail and office deals throughout the U.S. I am willing and able to create custom real estate models for you (structuring debt, global real estate cash flow schedules, contingent liability schedules, levered and unlevered IRR analysis, pro forma projections, traditional cash flow models, offering memorandums, covenant compliance certificates, etc.). Experienced with Argus and Excel (limited VBA macro experience).
