I can research recent comparable sales in the surrounding areas and make adjustments based on condition, size of lot, square footage of house, etc. I can use Clickforms appraisal software and I am very familiar with it. I worked in this software for four years. I can take a handwritten sketch of the property and sketch it into the software and add labels to it. I can enter and edit images before they are attached to appraisal.
