I worked for Telecommunications company for several years then i shifted to Real Estate Cold Caller. Basically what i do is i cold call thousands of lists attached to a dialer usually Mojo or Chase Data. I call property owners and qualify those who are motivated to sell by asking basic questions about their property specially the price that they want. Usually clients ask me to sent an email with all the details of the call that is tagged as lead or upload the information on a CRM like PODIO.
