At the end of the day there are those that know how to leverage Facebook to its full capacity and those that don't. I don't spend much time dabbling in other niches outside of Real Estate in order to become a master of my craft. While I work with Real Estate teams all over the US I don't work sole agents as it's difficult for them to keep up with the lead flow. I focus on the results I deliver for clients and don't geek out on what my competitors are doing. Focusing too much attention on what the competitors are doing leads to diminished results for the people I care about, my clients. Exclusivity is key in this business, therefore, I only work one team per market to ensure that there is no double dipping in my leads. I'm not afraid to go up to bat against your current lead generation platform by leveraging a proof of concept type of model. Meaning, I utilize a results in advance model to demonstrate my bark is as big as my bite.
