Assist real estate investors in purchasing one to multi unit projects. Negotiate short sales, review title and cure if needed, look up housing and building violations and cure if needed, facilitate hard money lending, review/prepare contracts, illustrate current comparable sales/listings, forecast and monitor construction cost, perform due diligence on note sales, monitor the foreclosure proceedings on short sales, monitor eviction actions, property management and lease review.
