Hello: My name is Mauricio Castro. I would like to apply for a home job’ working for a Real Estate Investment company’ or with a client’ who is looking for an experienced cold caller. I am a 57 years old man’ and I have been working in the call center environment’ for the past 15 years’ in different types of campaigns. And for the past 5 years’ I have been working with Real Estate Investors’ using the MOJO dialer. I am 100% bilingual, (English – Spanish). I grew up in Los Angeles California, and I now live in Central America’ Managua Nicaragua. When doing sales, I like taking control of every call, and I always try to overcome every objection. I like to negotiate with those who wants more money for their properties’ or Vacant lots. I always go to Zillow’ and that is how I know if it's worth negotiating or not. I normally average within 4 to 7 good leads per day’ and there are days where I might only get 2 per day. Before sending the leads to the PODIO, I have to be sure that they are motivated people who are selling their homes or vacant lots. I am looking to work for someone who is going to appreciate how well I do my job, and I would like to have a full time job. I'm sure that all Real Estate Investors know that this job’ is about getting the right person on the phone, and that is when I do my pitch. I always try to build a good connection with every person I speak with, and I always say that we are’ very small investors' so that they don't think that we are a big company, or else they would want to sell their properties for a lot more money. If it's a home that they are selling, these are the questions I always ask. 1. Are you currently living in the property, or do you have a tenant there, or is it vacant? 2. Have you done any remodeling within the last 5 years: 3. any remodeling in the Kitchen & bathroom last 5 years: 4. How many Bedrooms & Bathrooms.? 5. how old is the roofing: 6. how old is the furnace: 7. how old is the A.C: 8. how long have you lived in the property: 9. Reason for selling: 10. What is the ballpark number you might be looking to get: 11. If we could make a deal work, how quickly would you like to close. If there is a chance for me’ to have an interview, I would like to share my background experience with you’ so that you will know a little more about my background jobs.
