My responsibility as a Lead Manager is to make sure that the leads that go through Acquisitions are prequalified and are totally motivated. As the one who manages the inflow of seller leads, I would call them and qualify them according to the 4 pillars and gather enough information on the condition of their property. Once done I would set up an appointment to have them talk to our Acquisitions team for negotiations. If ever the negotiation is not successful I would nurture the leads for future deals.
