Key Duties Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
-Using Zipforms, Docusign, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail, Sandicor, Folio and Brokermint
-Creating timelines to send to all parties involved in the transaction
-Communicating the agent when certain milestones or contingency removals are due
-Communicating with escrow on needed documents
-Making sure we get all the needed documents for the other agent or their TC
-Sending documents through Docusign for signatures
-Managing tasks and documents in Brokermint which is transaction management software we use.
-Managing data entry into our CRM called Firepoint
