I am a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator with a background in ZipForm, Docusign, E-Sign, Zone Beta, and Paperless Exchange. I have assisted the Real Estate Agent in the flow of transaction paperwork from opening to closing of escrow. I have 11 years of bookkeeping experience for a small company using Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks, AR/ AP, invoicing and collections. I have 13 years of experience in data entry, filing, various clerical and receptionist duties and projects. I achieved an A+ Certification in computer hardware repair and training in ESD safety; experience in hands on training in hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, upgrading and repair along with small network set up and troubleshooting. I am familiar with Windows 7, 8, and 10 environments. Along with the A+ Certification, I have a certification for Transaction Coordinating through the California Association of Realtors, Foster Care License and training through the County and CPR/First Aid Certification.
