File Maintenance in Boomtown, Hubspot, Kvcore and/or via google spreadsheets and keep
online records.
● Email Management/Filtering (Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Boomtown).
● Follow-up Nurtured leads on all Qualified Appointments by call, text, & email.
● Contact and verify lead's information and further address their specific intricacies when it
comes to buying/selling a house and most especially having us as their buyer/seller agent. ●
Set appointments for ready, able, and willing buyers/ sellers and clients from Insurance,
Real Estate buyer and seller leads (pre-qualified leads only).
● Familiar in Listing Upload via Paragon, Skyslope and Dotloop.
● Content Creation, Scheduling and Posting.
● Collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns. ● Manage
and update Social Media Platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN, and in
Youtube.
● Manage and update Website Posts and Blogs via KVcore, Boomtown or directly from
Wordpress. (With strict 81% SEO passing rate and plagiarism checked via Grammarly). ●
Manage and update Monthly Newsletter via Kvcore.
● Handle graphics and branding (workbooks, posts, reminders, banners, event graphics)
● Trim and /or edit videos using Movavi and Adobe Premier Pro for Instagram Reels. ●
Creates Pre-event and Post-event flyers for posting via Canva and Picmonkey, and
Adobe lightroom.
● Act as a community manager for client's social media platforms.
