Hi, I’m Tanya Termine! I’m just a nerd who loves systems and processes and spreadsheets and software. This is the stuff I get excited about (I know…insert eye roll here). I’m reeeally good at it, too. I also love helping real estate agents! And that’s exactly what I’ve been doing for the past 17 years. I’ve provided support to agents and teams at companies like Keller Williams, Houlihan Lawrence, and William Raveis. I know the operations and admin side of real estate like the back of my hand. Since I have so much experience working with agents like you, I truly understand the challenges you face. I know all the things you probably hate doing, the things you want to get off your plate so you can just go do what you love. And I'm happy to take those things off your plate! My goal is to help you manage your business so that you can focus on what matters to you…whether it’s taking your business to the next level, reducing your stress, or spending more time with your family. Whatever it is, we can work together to get you there. About Me Personally - I grew up in south Florida and went to college in North Carolina. After college I moved to New York. I live in Mahopac with my husband, our 16 year old son, our dog, and two betta fish. Our older son is currently at Virginia Tech studying electrical engineering. As a family, we love to go camping and to the movies. On my own, I love to bake and listen to podcasts.
