Practicing law in the Gauhati High Court, the Principal Bench of the High Court of Assam, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, and Arunachal Pradesh (The Seven North-Eastern States of India) for last eight and half years. During this period, besides discovering my familiarity to Common Law Doctrine, innumerable facets of law, Acts and issues came up before me, and to be very honest, I enjoyed immensely performing the assigned task though I am convinced that some areas of law especially in the Indian context, are required to be changed to grapple with complex challenges of the present day world!
