Mark Stutzman is a member of the California Bar and has worked more than twenty years in the legal profession, over ten years of which he served as the General Counsel for a diversified financial service holding company with broker-dealer, insurance agency and mortgage banking subsidiaries. Mr. Stutzman has proven expertise in counseling start-ups and growth companies in the areas of corporate finance, Internet law, securities compliance, designing and documenting innovative financial products, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance and investigations, and corporate governance. Mr. Stutzman has negotiated, documented, and completed numerous investment banking transactions, workouts, and private placements. He is available on both an hourly and fixed fee basis.
