Real Madrid qualified for the final to face Osasuna, after beating traditional rivals Barcelona with a clean four, in the match that took place, on Wednesday, at the Spotify Camp Nou, for the second leg of the semi-final of the Copa del Rey.

Real Madrid entered the match in its first round rushing since the whistle of referee Juan Martinez Monera, seeking to open the scoring early, in order to modify the result, after losing the first leg with a clean goal, to pass at least to the extra time, while Barcelona was maneuvering from time to time in the hope of surprising the Royal Club with a goal to end the meeting.

Barcelona would have been close to opening the scoring on more than one occasion, had it not been for the good interventions of goalkeeper Courtois, who was an impregnable barrier to all attempts, not to mention the good standing of the defense, led by David Alaba and Militao, while Vinicius Jr. posed a constant threat with Karim Benzema to the Barcelona defenses and their den protector Ste gen. 

After many attempts, Real Madrid managed to score the first goal in the 45th minute through Vinicius Jr., ending the first round with his team leading with a clean goal over Barcelona, and thus returning the meeting to the starting point, which will make the two teams enter the second 45 minutes as they seek to score the goal, which will take them to the final, to face Osasuna, who qualified at the expense of Athletic Yellbao.

Real Madrid did not give Barcelona the opportunity to enter the atmosphere of the match during the second half, after he managed to score the second goal through Karim Benzema in the 50th minute, with a shot from outside the box, leaving no chance for goalkeeper Steingen to save, while Courtois continued his saves, preventing the Catalan club from reaching its net.

Real Madrid continued to control the course of the match, taking advantage of Barcelona's decline, which made it add the third goal through Karim Benzema in the 57th minute, bringing his team closer to reaching the final, while Lewandowski's comrades could not find solutions that would enable them to reach Courtois' net, in light of the good standing of the Madrid defense.

Barcelona failed to translate the opportunities that were given to him into goals, due to Courtois' superiority in goalkeeping, and the brilliance of the Madrid defense continued, while their comrades in the attack continued to search for the fourth goal, until they were able to do so in the 81st minute through Karim Benzema, scoring his third personal goal in the meeting, while the last minutes did not know anything new, to end the match with the victory of the Royal Club with a clean quadruple over Xavi's sons, after which he qualified for the final.

Real Madrid will play in the Copa del Rey final against Osasuna, on Saturday, the sixth of May, starting at eight in the evening, at La Cartuja Stadium in Seville.
