I have a professional degree in Culinary Arts and understand the science of recipe development and writing. I am in-tuned with current food trends and know what appeals to home cooks with several nationwide recipe contest wins including the 2014 MagnaCare Healthy Recipe contest and the 2014 Minute Rice recipe contest.
