I am a classically trained chef and writer who has a decade of experience developing and executing recipes. I have worked in everything from home kitchens to restaurant kitchens to catering kitchens. 

I can perfect or scale an existing recipe for your needs or can develop original recipes for your use. 

I am ServeSafe Certified as well as hold a nutrition certification by AFPA (American Fitness Professionals Association) which has given me a keen understanding of dietary and nutritional needs.
