Responsible for recruiting for various clients including Accenture, KPMG and Deloitte. • Successfully managing full recruitment cycle including requirement gathering, job posting on portals, sourcing, short listing, screening, prepping candidates before interview, post interview follow-ups, reviewing with portfolio leads and resource managers, negotiation, preparing offers and closures. • Sourcing candidates through various job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals other sources. • Contacting candidates through e-mails and phone. • Doing regular follow-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline. • Presenting candidates to the management team applying high quality standards. • Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews. • Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within the internal database. • Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates. • Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results. • Assist in completing the on boarding process of the candidate.
