I am Maris, digital nomad currently in Estonia. I am passionate about recruitment, fintech and start-ups. I have worked in an investment bank, international LLC-s and currently also running small side business by myself. I have experience in recruitment for 3+ years. I have worked for the last 1 year and 7 months as an in-house recruiter in fintech company in Estonia. My role is to recruit (searching candidates, sales, interviews, assessment, onboarding) mainly IT profiles (software developers, Quality Assurance specialists, analysts etc) but also some finance related profiles as BI analytics, assistants, customer support, team leaders. In this time period, I have hired more than 35 new employees. Before this role, I was head of Talent Management in SME in Oman. My responsibilities included recruitment, coaching, employee development and education management. I was recruiting finance and marketing interns for companies like PWC, KPMG, Grant Thornton and many local companies. As a freelancer, I have worked for a small technology company in Germany where I was responsible for recruiting front-end developers. We managed to hire 3 developers. Beside this, I was also responsible for company registration in Estonia. My strengths are good communication skills, punctuality, being solution-oriented and result-oriented. I am a complete finisher.
