1. Gets a requirement from the superior or clients. 2. Search for the profile for the requirement through Job Portals, Head Hunting and references. 3. Call the candidate and the test weather candidate is matching with the skills set required. 4. Call the candidate for the interview at your place or for the client at client place. 5. Follow up with the candidates and the client after the interview. 6. If shortlisted then ask for the offer letter from the client. 7. Maintain the timesheet as per the work done on every week. 8. Make a billing for the client. 9. Close the position and search for the other requirement.
