• Conducting end to end cycle of recruitment from opening to closing of candidate’s application not limited to searching, calling, qualifying, negotiating, job offer and placement by developing strategic relationships and a solid network of IT Professionals (IT Technicians, Web and Software Developers, Architects, Systems Engineers, etc). • Coaching and monitoring a team of technical recruiters to be strong business partners in the area of talent acquisition • Sets up the whole team for board meeting with the clients for recruitment forecasting and Management reporting. • Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and the project team to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies for Technical positions.
