a. Partnering with HR and hiring managers, develop a deep understanding of assigned positions and business groups. b. Develop and implement effective, leading edge sourcing strategies. Leverage a range of sources, relevant to the job, such as universities, job boards. c. Design behavioral based interviewing guides, based on core and functional competencies. d. Source, screen and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. e. Apply tools and provide guidance and advise to drive influence the best hiring decision. f. Extend, negotiate and close offers. 2. Provide hiring managers with advice, training and tools to create an effective hiring process and positive experience for the candidate. a. Apply and train others on behavioral interviewing methodologies. b. Create customized technical and behavioral interview guides, with focus on core and functional job competencies. c. Foster a positive, professional interviewing experience for candidates. d. Work with hiring managers, HR team members and support staff to coordinate and schedule interviews, to include travel arrangements if required.
