I am an accidental engineer and realised quite early in my career that doing an engineering job would not be fulfilling for me. I started my non engineering career with a recruitment firm in 2007, after that 80% of my recruiting experience has been with organisations like Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Broadcom and rest 20% with Azim Premji Foundation, a nonprofit working towards capacity building of public school teachers. I have worked in both global (US, Canada, Malaysia) and local talent markets in India over the last 10 years. My services include: 1) Creating and building an operative recruitment strategy for the team to execute- Includes candidate sourcing/outreach plan, candidate interview plan and defining roles to be recruited. 2) Building recruitment systems and processes - referrals, candidate experience, offer management, on boarding.
